We are in an age where technology and design innovations are booming with the possibility to make most visions a reality. It is time to really think about what sets you apart from your competition and how you can maximise your return of your design investment by thinking outside the box, keep an eye on the bigger picture and emerge from the pandemic even stronger!

Gone are the days of having a bog-standard office space that just does the job! - Environment is a crucial factor when it comes to the differences that help a company 'make or break' employees' productivity, longevity, and overall wellbeing. The 2018 Global Talent Trends study by Mercer revealed that there are three factors that employees and job candidates are looking for in a company which included: permanent workplace flexibility, a commitment to health and well-being and working with purpose. These three factors can all be applied through bespoke innovative office design.

Being able to express your company's brand throughout design is the very first impression you give off to your employees, customers and clients when they walk through the door. This is one element that helps you stand out from your competition, in return the right design can help you be the preferred choice every time. Let your space do the talking! We believe that great design is one of the most important factors in the success of a business with design being at the core of business growth. Good design, increases team wellbeing, alignment and productivity. As we all know, when people are aligned and working towards a common goal great things can happen.

To help reiterate that design definitely does affect business growth we can look at a hypothetical case study of two new dentists that have opened up on the same high street. They both chose a neutral, affordable design fit out that is practical and durable. They both have very different company cultures and focuses. One offers the latest technology treatments with technological advancement being at the core of their brand. The other offers affordable treatments with customer care and attention being their main value. However, without speaking to a consultant and picking up a leaflet on their services you would not be able to tell the difference between the dentists, as on face value they appear the same. According to the Social Science Research Network 65% of people are visual learners, meaning if a message can be relayed visually, it is much more likely to leave a long lasting impression. This is where the importance of design comes in; creating a bespoke design to convey your brand's message through visual stimulants that capture the attention of your target audience that lead to an increase in sales and overall business.

Here at Remarcable Design we pride ourselves in fully immersing ourselves into a company's culture as we understand that this is what makes your service unique to you. Our goal is to communicate your brand throughout every aspect of the design and work with you every step of the way. We offer very bespoke tailored designs to go above and beyond in order to fulfill a vision completely unique to your brand, that is easily understood by your desired clientele.

If you have a design vision but do not know where to start on making it a reality then give us a call today for a free consultation and together let's make it happen.
