CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS


HOLIDAY 2022 GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The promoter is: Remarcable Design Ltd.

2. The giveaway will open for entry on December 1st, 2022 and close on January 10th, 2023, these dates represent our 'giveaway' period and no entries will be accepted past this time.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Sign up for our ‘Design and Wellbeing' Newsletter by either entering your details on our page remarcable.co.uk/blogs or on remarcable.co.uk/giveaway. Additional entries for your account will be added for every engagement on Instagram and LinkedIn. Only ‘active’ accounts will be qualified for entry.

8. ‘Engagements’ on Instagram are defined by ‘likes,’ ‘shares’ or ‘comments’ and on Linkedin are defined by ‘reactions,’ ‘shares,’ or ‘comments.’ Each engagement is worth 1 entry unless otherwise noted.

9. ‘Active’ accounts are defined by accounts showing regular interactions, which may include but is not limited to having a number of followers, following a number of accounts, and posting or engaging with content that is not only giveaway related.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12. The prizes are as follows: 1st prize: a preserved flower arrangement delivery to your commercial or healthcare space with a minimum value of £50. 2nd prize: a free dental checkup and an electric toothbrush to be claimed at the same time, in-person at Banning Dental within 3 months.

13. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. These prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

14. Winners will be chosen based on their entries across our social media and their account on our database that records their activity from all entries received, and is manually verified by the Promoter and or its agents.

15. The winner will be notified by email and / or DM on Instagram / Linked within 14 days of the competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not accept their prize notice by writing back within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

16. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

21. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

22. For our 2nd place prize with Banning Dental, entrants agree to disclosing their information the third-party ‘Banning Dental’ to contact them to book and complete their dental check-up.

23. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
