Project explanation
As an established brand with a long-standing presence, our client sought additional space to enhance safety and comfort for both patients and staff. The desired outcome was to improve the space layout in the reception area, focusing on the desk, seating space, staff corner, and merchandise. The ultimate goal was to achieve these enhancements without causing operational disruptions, allow the business to perform at its best, and facilitate future scale-up.
Through thoughtful integration of each building's unique features, we aimed to minimize unutilized space and optimize workflow. The key design consideration was to declutter the space and create visual minimalism. Sustainability was a core focus, evident in our use of natural materials and textured wallpaper made from sustainable materials. Additionally, we incorporated principles of colour psychology into our design strategy, carefully selecting palettes based on factors such as the space's intended purpose, available natural light, and desired emotional impact.
In response to our client's need for a rejuvenated and purpose-driven space to support their upscaling goals, we focused on cultivating an ambiance that seamlessly blends functionality with a sense of minimalism. Inspired by the client's brand palette, we curated a harmonious mix of light colours and soft tones to evoke a tranquil atmosphere.
